When I started out in HR, I discovered how much I loved empowering people’s growth. Moving into English language teaching and later becoming an Academic Manager, I’ve spent a decade in education with extensive experience leading learner-centred training and creating learning experiences that make a difference.
Over time, I realised my favourite part wasn’t just delivering training - it was designing it. That’s what led me to focus more deeply on Instructional Design and eLearning, combining my background in HR, education, and facilitation.
Now, I’m looking for opportunities in L&D where I can design and deliver creative, effective learning solutions that help people build skills and confidence while enabling organisations to achieve results.
